Our
Waterbeds has been manufactured using the highest available
quality materials and workmanship. It has been carefully inspected
and found free of defects.
The
provisions of this warranty apply to the original owner of the
product so long as the warranty provisions remain in effect.
In
the event of a defect, contact us. 0049 (0)421 8305379. Provide
proof of purchase, explain the defect and return the defective
part, following Aqua Viscaya Lounge instructions.
DEFECTIVE
COMPONENTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF BEING OUT OF
SERVICE.
Freight
costs to and from the authorized repair facility are the
responsibility of the mattress owner. At no charge to you we will
determine the nature of the defect and if the fault is ours we
will repair or replace it at our option; subject to the pro-rated
charges set forth below. Authorization from the factory to return
products must be obtained prior to return.
Our
10 year warranty of waterbed-vinyl, heather,foam-rail will be
pro-rated as follows from the date of purchase:
- The first 5 years no
additional charge.
- The next 5 years 50%
of the then current manufacturer's suggested retail price of
the affected item.

Warranty does not apply to bedding, if upon inspection by Aqua
Viscaya Lounge, it is unsanitary or been subjected to abnormal
use.

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or
replacement we reserve the right to substitute materials.
3.
Mattress is for indoor use only and for conventional purposes
only.
RETURN
INSTRUCTIONS: Any part to be returned must be sanitary,
unsoiled and odor free or warranty will not apply and service will
be refused. In the event of a defect; contact us, at 0049
